I was pretty excited to visit this family in their new home in downtown Durham. The boys have gotten so big and doing family sessions at home or a location that means much to them is a favorite of mine. I can’t even decided which images to blog, I like so many.

I just love this image. It screams innocence to me.

This baby girl was a gem. She didn’t cry even once and slept like a log and I told mom she was going to spoil me for my other newborn sessions coming up and I was right She was soft and chubby with the cutest lil rosebud lips…congrats you guys!

Heather is a sweet southern girl who is actually a photographer herself. I love it when other photographers ask me to photograph their families because I know they won’t give me weird looks when I ask them to do crazy things and they just get it. I have been waiting for him, although not very long since he decided to come a bit early. He was so sweet and sleepy, such a good baby. Congrats you guys!

Jami is so cute. She is as tiny as can be and all belly. She told me that she doesn’t really like pictures of herself, but she knew it would be important to capture this time in her life. I hope I change your mind about pictures of yourself Jami

Little Reilly is such a lil chunk. I love chunky babies and she has the funniest stare ever. I was surprised how good she did because it was afternoon ( i never shoot babies in the afternoon), but she proved me wrong. She is a doll baby and congrats to you guys!

Rose totally rocked her session. I loved every single outfit choice…she was fierce and looking so gorgeous. So all my maternity mama’s that have sessions coming up, look at this session and plan your outfits…you can’t go wrong. Rose had the most perfectly round belly to.
